Yummy, easy and sooooo good! 10 minutes 8-10 crepes Ingredients Crepes: 1/2 cup egg substitute liquid 99% egg whites in carton 1 1/2 cups half and half 1 cup all purpose flour 1 tblsp cooking oil dash of vanilla flavoring 2 dashes of baking powder Put that in your shaker bottle, put half and half first, then just put in everything else... shake.. shake.. shake.. Use omelet pan pre heat it - I have electric range top set on 4, I have a wonderfully seasoned cast iron one, apply thin amount directly from shaker bottle cook on both sides. Raspberry, blueberry, etc.. compote: Fresh berry in suace pan Warm temp some butter dash vanilla flavoring add splenda to taste dash of water allow to cook until you have some nice juice in the pan, DONT LET IT BOIL OR BURN. Directions Crepes: Put that in your shaker bottle don't forget the mixer ball thingy, put half and half first, then just put in everything else... shake.. shake.. shake..
