Greek Pork Loins with Lemon & Olive Sauce

Thinly sliced pork loins, black olives and cherry tomatos with a lemony sauce all cooked in one pan - very easy and delicious! 10 minues 4 servings Ingredients 8 thinly sliced pork loins 4 tbs. flour 1/4 cup olive oil 2 tbs. butter 1/4 c lemon juice 10 greek olives pitted & sliced or one small can of black olives 1/2 cup of cherry tomatos halved Directions Heat olive oil on medium high heat in the wolfgang frying pan. Dredge pork loins in flour. Sear loins in pan for 1 minute on each side - light brown color and then remove to a plate. add butter to the pan to melt on medium heat. add lemon juice, tomatos, and black olives. cook until sauce is thick. Add loins back to the sauce to heat then seave, eat and enjoy! I serve this with plain white rice and fresh green beans.
