NOTE :
PFOA is a chemical that is used in the manufacturing of traditional PTFE-based nonstick cookware coatings and other products. -It is not present in finished cookware products, and there are no known health risks from PFOA in cookware. -However, because PFOA has been found in the environment, companies have committed to the Environmental Protection Agency to work toward eliminating facility emissions and product content of PFOA by the year 2015. Thermolon is made without PFOA. It's made to be eco-friendly for our environment.
PTFE is a chemical found in traditional nonstick coatings. -Can begin to degrade at temperatures over 500 degrees, which is why the instructions on traditional nonstick pans generally advise to use them only on low and medium heat. -You can use Thermolon on low and medium heat like traditional nonstick, but unlike traditional nonstick coated pans, GreenPan with Thermolon is also made to be used at high heat (above 500 degrees) for something you would normally use stainless steel or cast iron cookware for. Now you can do it all with one pan!

Bummer! / Disappointed, MA7/7/2008 This looked like it was going to be a fantastic pan for cooking bacon, lamb chops, etc. in the oven. But, unfortunately, it''s about 1/2" too long to fit into my oven. Back it goes. I''m really bummed to have to pay +$6.00 for this failed experiment.
Very Very unhappy with this product / Linda, VA7/3/2008 I used the pan and the first time I was happy with how it worked. The 2nd time I used it,it warped. Even tho it was 2 days past the 30 days I had the pan HSN. replaced me with a new one. This time it warped the 3rd time it was used. Also I agree with some of the others about the flaking. Would not buy this item again. Cost too much to send it back.
Use it everyday! / Kimme, MD6/18/2008 I''ll be honest, I have alot of green pans, and have a love/hate
relationship with them. While they do not hold their non stick long, I still love the pans. They are so lighweight. This grill stays on my stovetop and I use it every single day. I love
being able to cook different things on it at once with different
settings on the stove. It''s great for cooking a whole package of bacon at once. I have also used this grill several times in the oven with great success.
Hate to say it ... but / Diane, CA6/9/2008 at first I loved this grill. It was what I wanted for my stove top. After about a month the food started sticking, the inside surface discolored and became tacky, and the exterior paint chipped.
I have only hand washed the grill, followed all the Mfg. instructions and even re-seasoned several times with no luck
I love the other green pans. No problems with those, but don''t waste your money on this grill, unless you are happy to pay the price for a month of good cooking
