Grilled Hawaiian Spam

Luau anyone? This funky spam dish is a perfect pairing with my Pineapple Rice recipe also entered in this contest for summertime meals. Avoid your hot stove. Use your Wolfgang Puck grill to make a quick, tasty, and different meal that leaves you time to sip a Mai Tai and enjoy the summer! 6 minutes 4 servings Ingredients 12 oz can of lite spam 20 oz can of sliced pineapple 2-3 tsp pineapple juice Directions Put Wolfgang Puck Reversible Grill & Griddle on 300 Cut spam into slices approx 1/4” thickness approx 8 slices Put on one side of the grill for 3 minutes Place the sliced pineapple 10 slices on the other side of the grill, letting the juice sprinkle on the spam about 1-2 tsp for 3 minutes Flip the spam over and sprinkle 1 tsp pineapple juice from the can for another 3 minutes Flip the pineapple over for another 2 minutes Remove from grill. To serve, place one pineapple slice on each slice of spam. Set aside two pineapple slices for the Pineapple Rice recipe.
