Grilled Inexpensive Lamb Chops 5 - 7 minutes 2 Ingredients 2 Shoulder Lamb Chops Olive Oil Garlic Salt Onion Salt Ground Thyme or Whole Thyme Ketchup optional Mint Jelly optional Directions 1 Place grill on a flat plate so that the grill is level 2 Preheat grill for 2.5 minutes in microwave on high power 3 Brush or spray both sides of Shoulder Lamb Chops with Olive Oil or use any oil of your preference. 4 Sprinkle lightly the following spices on both sides of lamb chops: garlic salt, onion salt, and thyme. You can add any other spices you prefer such as rosemary, etc. 5 Remove preheated grill from microwave and using pot holders, open the grill and place the seasoned lamp chops on the preheated grill. 6 Press the grill cover down firmly on the lamp chops. 7 Cook the lamp chops for 5 minutes for medium or 7 minutes for more well done chops. I prefer lamb to be medium as it is juicier and tender. Remember to use high power. 8 Carefully take the grill out of the microwave when cooking is completed, and if more time is required, then cook in additional increments of one minute. Remember to use pot holder when handling the grill. 9 Remember the food will continue to cook until the lid is opened and the food is removed. 10Serve. You can also serve with either mint jelly or ketchup, or any sauce you prefer.
