A wonderful, delicious soup that is low-sodium, low-fat. It's great for the heart diet person and for those just trying to diet! It's very filling. 30-45 minutes 6-8 Ingredients 3 lg.green onions,chopped 1 green pepper,chopped 1/2 bunch celery,chopped 1 red onion, chopped 1 lg.can diced tomatoes 1 can low-sodium beef broth 1 T. minced parsley 1 t. minced garlic 2 T. Mrs. Dash seasoning 1 head cabbage, shredded Directions In WP Bistro 5 qt. soup pot put tomatoes, broth and seasonings. Begin to heat on medium. Using WP 5" santoku knife core and cut into sections green pepper, onions and celery. Using WP Immersion Chopper chop above vegetables into desired size and add to soup mix. Using 7" Santoku knife core and cut cabbage into sections. Using food processor with shred blade, shred cabbage, then add to soup. Heat on med-hi until a good boil begins. Cook 30 minutes and test. If it is the texture you desire, simmer to keep warm. I use my WP Bistro Rice Cooker to be able to leave on and let everyone eat when they are ready. The longer it simmers the more the flavors will blend.
