Holiday Cheesy Potatoes

A family recipe handed down through the generations. This is a great side dish or potato selection for brunch. If your family loves everything dairy this will be a new favorite for your family too. Remember this recipe was developed in Wisconsin, the dairy state! approximately 1 hour 8-10 servings Ingredients 1 bag frozen cubed O'Brien Hashbrowns 1 small onion finely chopped 1 8oz container sour cream 1/2 stick of butter 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup 1 package shredded sharp cheddar cheese reserve 1/2 cup for topping half & half add until moist 1 can french froed onions optional Directions 1. Combine all ingredients. 2. Place in rice cooker, will need to go through 3-4 cook cycles until bubbly. 3. Top will reserved 1/2 cup of cheese. 4. Leave on keep warm until ready to serve. 5. Top with French fried onions optional
