Fool proof potatoe salad 30 minutes 4-6 Ingredients Idaho white potatoes 8 peeled and cubed in 1/2 inch cubes 3 med. eggs boiled and cubed 1/2 cup chopped celery 1/4 cup chopped sweet pickles 1/2 cup honey mustard dressing 2 T regular mustard 2 T celery seeds 1/4 cup onion vadilia yellow, chopped and cubed 1/2 cup salad dressing Miracle Whip 1 tsp. paprika Directions Bowl potatoes in a large pot. Allow to cook until tender but not falling apart when pierced with a fork or knife. Remove from boiling water. Place in a large bowl and allow to chill in refrigerator. Mix all other ingredients in a med. bowl, except for eggs, add last. Mix creamy ingredients with potatoes carefully. Do not allow to resemble mashed potatoes. Carefully fold in eggs. Sprinkle with paprika to garnish. Allow to chill.
