sweet potatoe pie with a cookie crust a little crispy on the outside, but soft and sweet on the inside.

Ingredients
4-6 large sweet potatoes, 1 cup of brown sugar, marshmellows, tsp. vanilla,c 2 cups of water,a pinch of cinnamon, ready made cookie crust , whipped cream optional

Directions
boil sweet potatoes with water, tsp. vanilla, a pinch of cinnamon and sugar until a little carmelized.About 45 minutes Let cool to room temperature. Add marshmellows and bake for about 30 minutesLet cool and add a tsp. of whipped cream.
