"It just taste great!" none 8-10 servings Ingredients 1 30 oz. Southern Sweet Potato Pie Co. Pecan Pie defrosted 1/2 gal. Dreyers vanilla ice cream softened 1 pkg. nestle chocolate chips Directions 1. Place 1/2 of the vanilla ice cream in a 13"x9" pan, spread evenly with a spatula. 2. Take a handful at a time of pie and spread evenly over ice cream. With a large spoon add spoonfuls of remaining ice cream and spread evenly on top on pie pieces. 3. Place covered with foil in freezer till firm. 4. In microwaveable bowl melt chocolate chips on high for 3 minutes. Stir well. 5. Remove ice cream pie from freezer and drizzle melted chocolate over ice cream layer. Serve and enjoy!
