Cassarole that you will love to make and your family will love to eat! Quick, simple, easy, economical and delicious! 25 minutes 6-8 servings Ingredients 1-2 lbs. GROUND BEEF, uncooked 6-8 POTATOES, peeled and sliced thin 1 large ONION, sliced thin 1 can TOMATO SOUP 1 1/2 can WATER SALT PEPPER Directions LAYER IN ORDER: 1/5 of crumbled GROUND BEEF 1/4 of POTATOES 1/4 of ONIONS sprinkle with SALT & PEPPER continue layering, appx. 4 layers each, finishing with GROUND BEEF on top. Pour undiluted TOMATO SOUP over cassarole, rinse can with the 1 1/2 cup WATER and pour into center or down side... try not to disturb the tomato soup topping. Cover and pressure cook for appx. 20-25 minutes on 10-12 lb. pressure. Serve with your favorite vegetables and/or salad, some warm bread or rolls. Wonderful any time of year, but especially great for those blustery winter evenings. Hearty and filling, tastes great and sooo very easy make and collect compliments on. Once your family has had it, they will request it often. Also, economical! A winner in every department! THIS RECIPE CAN BE ALSO COOKED IN A SLOW COOKER OR IN THE OVEN.
