Marinated, Island-spiced, Grill Mahi Mahi steaks 8 minutes 4 Ingredients 4 Mahi Mahi steaks 1/4 C. lime juice 1/4 C. Orange Juice 1/4 C. Tequila 1/4 C. Dark Rum 1/4 C. Pineapple juice 1/2 C. slivered red onion 1/4 C. cilantro 4 slices of pineapple, sliced in planks lengthwise Directions 1. Combine lime juice, orange juice, pineapple juice, tequilla, rum, onion and the mahi steaks in a large plastic resealable bag and marinate in the refidgerator for at least two hours 2. Remove mahi from bag and pat dry 3. Place mahi and pineapple planks on a very hot grill for about 3-4 minutes each side 4. Meanwhile boil down marinade and reduce to 1/2 4. Remove from grill 5. On a large, long platter place grilled pineapple down first placing mahi on top of each plank, cover in reduced marinade and sprinkle with cilantro
