I prepared this dish for my family of diabetics and it was a hit. This dish is easy, no cooking, light, and looks fantastic. Enjoy! 0 12 Ingredients 2 packages of Saviordi lady fingers total of 48 ORANGE LIQUID MIX 1 cup of fresh squeezed orange juice 1/4 cup Grand Marnier 1/2 cup filtered water 2 T Splenda CREAM CHEESE MIXTURE 1 8 oz. container of fat free Cool Whip 8 ounces of whipped light cream cheese 2 T Splenda VANILLA PUDDING CREAM 2 packages of sugar free vanilla pudding instant 4 cups of Land O' Lakes fat free half and half 2 T candied orange rind, chopped Chopped Walnuts for garnish One ceramic baking dish 9x13x2 approximately Directions Instructions: Open packages of Saviordi lady fingers. 1. Prepare "orange liquid mix" and set aside. 2. Fold together the cream cheese mixture and set aside. 3. Prepare the sugar free vanilla pudding with fat free half and half allow to cool in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes then add the chopped candied orange rind to the pudding, fold together and set in refrigerator again for about 15 minutes. 4. Dip each lady finger into the orange liquid and line the bottom of the ceramic dish evenly with Saviordi lady fingers. 5.Place a layer of vanilla pudding cream over top evenly. 6. Place another layer of lady fingers dipped in orange liquid evenly over vanilla pudding cream. 7. Place the cream cheese mixture evenly over top. 8. Place another layer of lady fingers dipped in orange liquid evenly over cream cheese mixture. Place a final layer of vanilla cream over top evenly. 9. Garnish with chopped walnuts. Set in the refrigerator 2 hours or overnight and serve.
