A light, fluffy, extremely tasty bread that's easy to shop for. Fool-proof, even for novices. My six-year-old even loves it! 3 hours in ABM Large loaf Ingredients 1-1/4 cup water, room temp. 3 cups bread flour, unbleached-presifted 1-1/2 tablespoons sugar 1-1/2 teaspoons salt, or Sicilian Sea Salt, or Kosher Salt 1 pkg. or 2-1/4 tsp. Red Star Active Dry Yeast, fresh 1/2 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded 3 tablespoons chopped Jalapeno peppers Directions Add water into container. Sprinkle flour over water. Add sugar, salt and yeast. Program "Basic" cycle, "Large" size, "Medium" color. Press "Start." When machine beeps 3 times, add cheese and jalapenos. When done, let rest 15 minutes. Remove from container and remove paddles. Cut with sharp, serated knife.
