Ingredients 1 cup brown sugar, packed 1/4 cup cornstarch pinch of salt 2 large eggs, beaten 2 cups whole milk 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, chilled 1/4 cup Butterscotch Schnapps Directions - Sift together the brown sugar, cornstarch and salt.
- Place the sifted mixture in a 1-quart Command Performance Gold saucepot. Add the beaten eggs and milk and whisk to combine.
- Place the pan over medium-low heat and cook, whisking constantly, until the mixtures thickens enough to coat the back of a spoon, about 8 minutes.
- Remove the pan from the heat and whisk in the vanilla, butter and Butterscotch Schnapps.
- Serve the pudding warm or spoon it into ramekins and chill before serving.
