CLASSIC CHEESE FONDUE
Simple to prepare, a definite crowd pleaser and kids will love it. Absolutely wonderful!
Ingredients
½ pound Emmentaler cheese
½ pound Gruyere cheese
3 tablespoons flour
1 garlic clove
2 cups dry white wine
1 tablespoon lemon juice
3 tablespoons Kirsch nutmeg and paprika, to taste
1 loaf French bread, cubed
Directions
  1. Dice the cheeses and toss them with the flour.

  2. Rub the Command Performance Gold pot with the garlic clove, then discard it.

  3. Pour the wine into the pot. Heat until warm.

  4. Add the cheese and stir until melted.

  5. Add the lemon juice, Kirsch and seasoning and stir to combine. Keep the heat low, once the fondue is combined.
