a meal in itself, with shrimp, ham and bbq pork, guaranteed to please the entire family. 20 minutes 6-8 Ingredients 6 cups cooked white rice jasmine, 1 small chopped onion, 1 tbs chopped garlic, 1 tbs sesame oil, 1/4c veg. oil, 1 c peeled shrimp, 1 c cubed boiled ham, 1 c shredded leftover bbq pork you can add 1c ground pork cooked with 1 tbs bbq sauce, 1/4 c soy sauce, 4 large eggs beaten, 1 c frozen petite peas thawed, pepper to taste Directions heat sesame and veg oil in wok, add onion and garlic and cook until onion translucent 3-4 minutes, add shrimp and cook 3-4 minutes, add ham and bbq and heat through. Add cooked rice and soy sauce and cook 5 minutes while mixing. make hole in rice with spoon and pour in beaten eggs, stir eggs until almost cooked then blend with rice, add peas, pepper to taste and serve. If you have extra fried garlic, you can sprinkle on dish. rice should be moist and fluffy.
