Jeff's Famous Potato Salad

Good, old fashioned potato salad. All of our friends and family ask for this whenever they are coming over for a meal. 30 minutes 10 Ingredients 5# White or Yukon Gold potatoes 6 eggs 1 bunch green onions Salt and pepper 1 jar Spin Blend 1/4C prepared mustard Directions Hard boil eggs, cool, peel and dice. Boil potatoes, drain, rinse with cold water. Peel cut into 1/2" chunks. Clean green onions. Cut inot 1/4" pieces green and white parts. Mix all of above in large bowl. In medium bowl mix Spin Blend and mustard. Sald and Pepper salad. Stir in mustard mixture. Mix well with spoon. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until well chilled. Overnight is best. Enjoy!
