As with other cookware from Kerry Simon, I absolutely love the set. You cannot beat this price for quality tri ply cookware. I wish there was a recipe booklet with this one describing use of the bamboo steamer.

The pan is wonderful. The only complaint I had is one of the utensils was used. It still had cooked grease on it. I was able to clean it. This is a great pan set. Buy it, you will not be sorry.

THE HANDLE IS TOO SKINNY / mark, OR

The pan iteself is great and cooks well, but the handle is skinny and uncomfortable. It''s also hard to balance the pan when it is full of food. I almost dumped mine when I lifted it off the burner. The utensils that come with it are great, the handles are large and comfortable. If the pan had the same handles as the utensils, this would be a great pan. I returned mine because of the handle - it''s just not comfortable to hold.
