A delicate blend of spices and seasonings with kraut to make a tasteful companion to any meal. 0 minutes 10 -12 servings Ingredients 1 bag kraut- drained and cut up, 1 cup diced celery, 1 cup diced bell pepper, 1/2 cup diced onion, 2TBSP white vinegar, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 3/4 cup sugar, 1 tsp salt, 2 TBSP celery seed, 2 TBSP diced pimentos Directions Use immersion blender to chop celery, bell pepper, and onion. Put drained kraut in bowl and cut up with knife. Add chopped ingredients and spices. Mix well. Put in refrigerator. Kraut Salad will last for weeks in refrigerator.
