healthy homemade sausage from lowfat ground turkey - great for making breakfast patties or using to stuff peppers and or mushrooms great for use in tomato sauce less than 15 minutes approximately 4-6 Ingredients Lowfat ground turkey breast 1 lb, fennel, garlic, salt ,pepper to taste chopped mushroom artichoke spinach and or hearts of palm if desired , handful of skim milk mozzarella grated, olive oil spray Directions spray pan w/ olive oil add garlic over medium heat -in miximg bowl combine meat with seasonings,vegetables , and cheese mix together well divide into patties or add to pan for ground sausage for stuffing or sauce
