Meatball Soup

Perfect for those cold nights! 30 min 4 Ingredients -1 lb Ground beef 92% lean or ground lamb -Can of Stewed tomatoes -32oz Chicken Broth/Stock -1/2c White Rice -1/2 tbs black ground pepper -1 med egg -1/2 tbs spicy Mrs. Dash -2 tsp garlic salt -2 tsp dried basil -1 tsp chili powder -Large pinch of salt Directions 1. Place chicken broth in large pan 2. In a blender blend the can of stewed tomatoes until smooth 3. Pour into pan with chicken broth 4. Heat to near boiling while creating meatballs To Creat Meatballs: 1. In a large bowl combine spices minus pinch of salt, rice, beef.lamb, and egg 2. With hands mix all ingredients well 3. Once mixed create small meatballs rolling meat in palm of hand 4. Slowly drop one by one into hot tomato/chicken broth 5. Add large pinch of salt to the soup 6. Let cook on high covered for 20-30 minutes until meatballs are cooked all the way through
