Ingredients
1/2 stick of butter
4 T. all-purpose flour

1 t. paprika
1 t. chili powder
1 T. catsup
1 T. cumin powder
1 t. pepper sauce, such as Tabasco

2 C. evaporated milk
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 t. crushed red pepper flakes
1/2 t. garlic powder
2 t. beef boullion


Directions
1. Mix the butter and flour together to make rue over low heat for 2 minutes

2. Mix the paprika, chili powder, catsup, cumin and pepper sauce to the rue

3. Stir in milk, stir constantly

4. add remaining ingredients and let simmer for 10 minutes unitl thick

5. serve hot with your favorite tortilla chips
