GREAT RECIPE FOR LEFT OVER MASHED POTATOES
4 MIN 4-6 SERVINGS Ingredients 8 LARGE POTATOES BOILED 1/4 - 1/2 MILK 1/2 STICK MARG. 2 EGGS 1 ROLL OF RITZS SNACK CRACKERS CRUSHED 1 MED ONION 1 CHOPPED JALEPENO PEPPER GARLIC POWDER, SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE Directions MASH POTATOES WITH MARG. AND MILK, AND LET COOL ALL THE WAY REFRIGERATE. ONCE THEY ARE COLD ADD ALL THE INGREDIENTS. HEAT THE GRIDDLE PAN WITH CANOLA OIL OVER MED HEAT. WHILE PAN HEATS UP FORM PATTIES OUT OF THE MIXTURE, NOT TO THICK ONCE THE PAN IS HOT LAY PATTIES ON, ENOUGH TO FILL THE PAN. BROWN THE FIRST SIDE GOOD THEN FLIP OVER AND BROWN THE OTHER SIDE. THEN ENJOY.
