A quick, easy sauce for vegetables or fish. This is great for low-sodium, heart healthy diets. 1-2 minutes 4-6 Ingredients 1 T. butter, unsalted 1T. prepared mustard 1 T. lemon juice 1/2 c. light mayo. This is very easy to double or triple, if needed Directions Place all ingredients in WP Bistro 1 qt. saucepan. Heat slowly on medium heat, stirring constantly. Use over top of your chosen vegetable. I also love a little on broiled fish.
