Steak filled and wrapped main course 1 15 min. 4 Ingredients 4 round Steaks 1 lb.mushrooms, 1 chopped onion, 1 chopped bell pepper,l minced clove garlic, 4 cups dry bread crumbs, 1/2 cream, or enough to mix the bread crumbs but,not soggy, 1/4 salt,1/4 pepper,1/2 wine, 1 8 oz. can mushroom soup, 4 slices white cheese. Directions Pound steaks until flat and able to roll the meat, set aside. Saute onions,mushrooms, peppers, until golden brown. Add garlic and saute for a couple of minutes, but don't let the garlic brown, as it will become bitter. then add to dry bread crumbs. Add salt and pepper and cream, mix well. Place steak on preparing area and place 1 slice cheese on top of steak and then equally the bread filling on top of the cheese. If needed secure with tooth picks. Place steak in hot saute pan for a few minutes to brown and then turn off fire. Let this rest for a couple of minutes and then add the wine. Open the mushroon soup and add 1 cup of cream to the soup and mix well. Pour soup over the steak roll ups and place in oven at 300 degrees for 1hr. and 15 min.
