An appitzer made for the stars.
Four cheeses wrapped in phylo dough that will melt in your mouth. 20 min 10 - 12 Ingredients 1 lb cottage cheese 1 lb feta cheese 1 lb munster cheese shredded 4 eggs 1/2 cup milk Fresh Parsley chopped 1/2 bunch 1 pkg phylo dough 1 stick of butter Directions Mix in large bowl cottage cheese, feta chesse, munster chesse along with milk, eggs and chopped parsley. Set aside Melt stick of butter Open phylo dough and put a damp cloth on top to keep dough from drying out. Have a full sheet in front of you and fold to middle then fold over other half and brush with melted butter. Place a tablespoon of cheese in corner of dough and fold like a turnover. Then place all bedicks on pan and brush with butter and place in a 350 degree pre heated oven until a golden brown. Then serve
