Best Noodle Kugel for Brunch or Dinner 1 hour 12 Ingredients Pam cooking spray Graham Cracker Crumbs enough to cover bottom of the pan 3 tablespoons melted Butter/Margarine Package of Wide Noodles/No Yolk or regular 1 container cottage cheese/low fat 1 large container sour cream/low fat 1 teaspoon vanilla 1/2 cup of sugar 1 cup of raisins or dried cranberries 6 eggs/egg beaters 1 to 1 1/2 cups of corn flakes Salt a pinch Directions Preheat oven to 350 degrees Boil water for noodles add a pinch of Salt. While the water is coming to a boil pour enough Graham Crackers on the bottom of the pan. Melt the butter/margaine in a small pan. Pour some of the butter over the graham crackers saving some for the top of the kugel. Drain noodles and put aside in a bowl. Combine the next 6 ingredients in a seperate bowl. Make sure all the ingredients and mixed well. Crush the corn flakes in a plastic bag. Pour the egg mixture into the noodle mixture and mix well. Top kugel with the corn flakes and pour over remaining butter. Bake uncovered in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
