RINSE OLIVES PUT IN FREEZER. 2.CUT OFF ROOTS OF GREEN ONIONS, TRIM GREEN TOPS TO 3 INCHES AND PUT IN FREEZER.3COMBINE FLOUR, BREAD CRUMBS AND WHITE PEPPER IN A BOWL. SET ASIDE. 4. IN BOWL FINELY GRATE SHALLOT INTO THE CREAM CHEESE, MIX WELL. TRANSFER CHEESE MIXTURE TO PIPING BAG. STUFF EACH OLIVE FULLY. STICK THE GREEN ONIONS INTO THE OLIVES 6. DIP THE OLIVES INTO THE MILK, DREDGE IN FLOUR. FRY IN OIL WHICH IS 350 DEGREES UNTIL LIGHT GOLDEN BROWN.
