Great healthy meal that tases great! 30 minutes 2 servings Ingredients 1/2 cup Orange Marmalade 1/2 cup Soy Sauce 1/2 tsp. Chinese Five Spice 2 boneless/skinless chicken breasts mixed vegatables/carrots/broccoli/cauliflour/etc. Directions 1. Mix Orange Marmalade, Soy Sauce and Chinese Five Spice for marinade, place in a large zipper baggie, add chicken to marinade, seal baggie and place it in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours. 2. Prepare and slice vegatables for grilling. 3. Grill marinaded chicken about 250 to 300 degrees on the grill, until done, aprox 30 minutes, check doneness with a temp. probe. add vegatables to the grill while cooking chicken about 5 to 10 minutes each side to prefered doneness. we like our veggies a little crispy 4. serve and enjoy.
