A delightfully delicious alternative to plain old scrambled eggs. 30 minutes 6-8 servings Ingredients flour, eggs, milk, butter onion chicken flavoring Directions combine: 3c flour, 3 eggs & 3 yolks, 1c milk. Have water boiling in 4 qt pan add 2 tbls chicken flavoring. Use steamer insert and press your dough mixture through it using a spatula.this makes a noodle called spaetzle Boil 2-3 minutes then drain into the pasta insert. Saute 1/2c chopped onions in 1 stick butter, add spaetzles noodles fry till golden brown. Add 1 dozen beaten eggs. Scramble together and cook till eggs are done. Garnish with parsly. Best served with a good toasting bread and apricot perserves.
