Pink Grapefruit Terriaki Skewers

A unique twist on the taste of terriaki. 40 min 6 Ingredients Lg pink grapefruit 2 Tbls Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1/2 cup honey 1/2 cup soya sauce juice of one lime 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated 1 tsp fresh garlic, finely chopped 1/2 cup chopped green onion, devided 2 lb. London Broil salt pepper garlic powder Directions In a saute pan heat the oil, and saute the garlic,ginger, and 1/4 cup green onion, saute until slightly brown, remove from heat. Pare all the skin off the pink grapefruit, and remove the segments into a small bowl, squeeze out all the remaining juices. Micowave the lime halves for 20 seconds, and juice out into the grapefruit. Add honey, and soya sauce into the sauce pan and return to medium heat.Bring it up to almost a boil. Cut the grapefruit segments into sall peices and add all the citrus to the sauce pan. Bring to a rolling boil, and then cook down to desired thikness. Pour warm sauce into your serving bowl. While the sauce is reducing, sprinkle salt, pepper, and garlic powder, to taste, over both sides of the London Broil. You can cook this on the grill or in the "Forman" to desired doneness. We like rare to medium rare.Let stand for about 5 minutes, then slice thin slices against the grain. Weave slices onto bamboo skewers. If you like you can put a cherry or grape tomato on the skewer as well. Plate and sprinkle the finely chopped green onion over the meat and a float a little in the serving bowl.
