Pressure cooker macaroni and cheese

best mac and cheese ever !!! 8 minutes 4-6 servings Ingredients 2 1/2 cups dry elbow macaroni 2 cups chicken stock 1 cup heavy cream 1 tsp salt 1 tsp black pepper 1 tbls butter 1/2 cup milk 1 1/2 cheddar cheese shredded 1 1/2 mozzarella cheese shredded Directions place mac, stock, cream, salt and pepper into pressure cooker. Secure lid. select rice setting and timer to 8 minutes. when cooking is complete- add remaining ingredients to pressure cooker and stir until creamy. serve immediately.
