People are so surprised at how easy this is to make, a no fail receipe, for such an elegant meal. Approx 2 to 3 hours on low 6 Ingredients 6 lb Boneless Ribeye 1/4 c. oregano 1/4 c. garlic salt 1/2 c. chives 1/4 c. lemon pepper 2 pkgs. au jus Directions Mix Pkgs Au Jus with 3 cups water total. Pour into bottom of roaster. Place Rack in pan. Place boneless ribeye on rack. Mix all spices together and rub all over ribeye. Put meat thermometer into ribeye. Cook at 225 until reaches rare. Set on counter for 5 min. Cut and serve with 1/4 cup of au jus.
