So, so, soooo good!!! / Patti, PA9/14/2007 Wow!! Made 3 of the recipes--each one out of this world!! The filet and the sauce--unbelieveable--only way I''ll make my steaks now!! The wings--great flavor and so crispy!! Key lime mousse, I had to wing it a little--he left some steps out--what to do with the gelatin and the egg whites mixture!! Tastes great though!! Great book--can''t wait to try more recipes!! So far it makes "me" look rather professional!! Thanks for an awesome book!
YUMmmmmm!!!!! / Diana, UT9/8/2007 I just made my first two dishes from this cookbook tonight. I made the cajun chicken and the lemon tart and - OH WERE THEY GOOD!! The recipes in this book are what you would expect to get in a very expensive, upscale restaurant. The photos are fabulous!!! I would encourage EVERYONE to get this! HSN, PLEASE ask Richard to come out with another cookbook, I will definitely buy it!! EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT cookbook!!!!!
