Quesadilla Pie Bake 25-30 minutes Serves 4 Ingredients 1 can 4.5 oz Old El Paso chopped Green Chiles, well drained 2 c. shredded Cheddar Cheese 8 oz1 tsp. chopped fresh Cilantro ¾ c. Original Bisquick Mix 1-1/2 c. Milk 3 Eggs Directions Heat the oven to 400 degrees. Grease 9-inch pie plate. Layer chilies, cheese and cilantro into the pie plate. In separate bowl, add Bisquick mix, milk and eggs, stir until blended. Pour into pie plate. Bake 25-30 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes. Serve with salsa.
