A fresh salsa that has the flavors but not the heat. None 4 Ingredients 3 Campari tomatoes 1/4 serrano pepper 1/4 medium pepper 1 T olive oil 1 T lemon or lime juice pinch of kosher salt freshly ground pepper to taste 1 medium clove of garlic fresh cilantro Directions Put all ingredients into work bowl attachment of the hand blender. Process until just short of your preferred texture. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary and finish processing. You may serve immediately but this does benefit from about an hour in the refrigerator for the flavors to blend.
