Rice Cooker Jambalaya

Delicious & spicy Cajun dish prepared quickly. 30 minutes 4 - 6 servings Ingredients 3/4 cup uncooked white rice 1/4 # peeled shrimp - cut into pieces depending on size 1/4 # link smoked sausage - cut into bitesize pieces 1 boneless, skinless chicken thigh - cut into bitesize pieces 1/2 stick butter 1 small onion - chopped 2 garlic cloves - minced 1/2 cup green bell pepper - chopped 1 rib cleery - chopped 1/2 tsp Cajun seasoning 1 can beef broth 1/2 tsp black pepper 1/4 tsp chili powder 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper 1/4 tsp Accent flavor enhancer 1 bay leaf Directions melt butter in bottom of 5 cup rice cooker. Saute' shrimp, sausage, chicken, onion, garlic, bell pepper & celery. Add seasonings, rice and beef broth. Cook on regular cycle. Enjoy!
