and it's a great price for the water heater? I don't think so... BB&B has it for 11.99 & less than half for S.&H. A-a-and you can returned it at ANY time! HSN should do better than this.

It will boil water in seconds. You can reheat food in it. I cooked a small amt. of raw pasta in it, after the water boiled! The bottom of the inside is non-stick; wait til it cools, and wipe out with paper towel/cleanser & then use a towel with plain water. It would be nice if Rival made one with a removeable bowl and a plastic storage lid and an auto-shut-off feature. It's fast, ez to clean, and it has really been a great addition to my kitchen!
It's for more than just boiling water.
