Quick, easy, delicious home made cheese spread none 8-16 Ingredients 8 oz Cream Cheese 1/2 to 1 cup Roasted Red Peppers the kind that comes in a jar Garlic Salt - 1/2 teaspoon or to taste Ms Dash Seasonings - 1/2 teaspoon or to taste Directions Attach processing blade. Pat dry the Roasted Red Peppers and drop in processor. Pulse a few times to break up. Cut the Cream Cheese in 4ths and add to the processor. Process until mixture starts to become smooth. Then add Garlic Salt and Ms Dash seasonings while processor is running. Scrape down sides and process until very smooth. Transfer to bowl and serve immediately or chill for another time. Yummy and Low Carb friendly!
