The absolute best Jambalaya that you have ever put into your mouth.. 40 minutes 8 hungry men Ingredients Two Large Sweet Onions Diced Two Large Bell Peppers Diced Four Stalks Celery Diced 2# Cleaned Shrimp 2# Kabalsa Sausage .. Sliced into thin slices Two 16 oz Cans of Diced Tomatoes ..drained Olive Oil 4 tbls. enough to get Veggies Sauteed 4 Cloves Fresh Crushed Garlic 8 Cups Chicken Stock 1 Bay Leaf 4 Tbls Tabasco.. I use more 2 Tbls Oregano Leaves.. this works better than crushed 2 Tbls Thyme Leaves.. also works better than crushed 2 Tbls Cilantro Leaves.. Ditto 1 Tbls Seasoning Salt 1 Tbls Lemon Pepper 1/8 Tsp Allspice 3/4 Rice.. NOT INSTANT.. trust me it will NOT work 2 Coors Lites Directions Heat Oil in heavy pot over medium heat, add veggies.. keep stirred unitl slightly tender. Add spices, chicken stock, tomatoes, sausage, beers, and tabasco. Cook slowly, bring to a boil. reduce heat, simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, Stir in rice, simmer for 15 minutes, add shrimp, simmer for 5 minutes or until you are sure all the rice is tender.. adjust ingredients to make serving numbers that you want.. I also reccomend.. adding crushed cayenne peppers.. actually the hotter it is. the better..
