Ad states it includes "salad/desert" plates. When it actually includes a bread and butter plate instead!

Thought I was getting more for my money verses Macy's. Which offers a similar set on sale for 25 bucks less but does not include "salad/desert plates." Taking into account shipping fees and receiving bread and butter plates, it was not a better deal!

Now I am stuck with bread and butter plates I do not need and I need salad/desert plates!

This set is a bargain! The configuration isn't even available from the manufacturer's site, so it would cost you more to buy it there than from HSN! The pattern is eternal, and the china durable. I am saddened that the pieces are no longer made in England, but these are lovely & will be enjoyed for a lifetime regardless! To all the HSN hosts: it's a classic pattern, not just for the ladies, and not just to pass on to daughters. Men entertain too - know your audience!

I was so impressed with this dinnerware set! First of all, it was packaged so well, and everything arrived in perfect condition. Each piece was bubble wrapped, so it wouldn't break. It was so much fun unwrapping each piece! The dinnerware is so pretty! Not a nick or scratch on anything. I can't wait to use it! The plates and tea cups and saucer are my favorites!
