Homemade salsa goes GREAT with homemade enchiladas! less than 5 minutes 4 Ingredients - half a small bunch of cilantro - 1 garlic clove - 2 tsp garlic salt - couple dashes of pepper - 1 can of diced tomatoes OR 6 fresh roma tomatoes - Jarred jalepenos - 1 lime - pinch of salt Directions In a blender: 1. Place whole can of diced tomatoes OR cut ends off discard roma tomatoes and slice in half 2. Half a small bunch of fresh cilantro 3. Peeled garlic clove 4. Juice of one lime 5. 3 tbs sliced jarred jalepenos and juice 6. garlic salt 7. pinch of salt 8. dash of pepper 9. Blend together until everything is smooth 10. Can serve right away with tortilla chips or let marinate overnight in the fridge 11. If more spice is desired after blending pour into small sauce pan 12. Simmer for 3-4 minutes 13. Let cool and serve
