Delightful and smooth. Just the right touch for a summer day. 1 hour 12 Ingredients Filling: 3 eggs 4 8 oz. packages of cream chese 4 8 oz. cartons of sour cream 1 cup sugar 2 teaspoons vanilla extract Crust 1-3/4 cups of graham cracker crumbs 1-1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon 1/2 cup melted oleo Directions Filling: 1. Mix all ingredients except sour cream, until smooth. 2. Add sour cream and mix. 3. Bake at 375 degrees on top shelf of oven for 1 hour.top is slightly brown when done. 4. Let cool to room temperature.this step is very important. 5. Chill for 12 hours in refrigerator before serving. Crust: 1. Mix all ingredients. 2. Press into a 9 inch springform pan.
