An interesting and unusual side dish for brunch. 20 minutes 8 servings Ingredients 1 pound sausage mild or hot or combo 3 tablespoons butter 2 cups celery, chopped 1 cup onion, chopped 1 teaspoon sage 1 package wild rice, prepared Directions Cook and crumble sausage over medium high heat drain. Add celery and onion with some butter to skillet saute and sprinkle with sage. Make rice according to package directions. Combine rice, sausage, and vegetables in casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
