Sweet and savory Italian sausage carmalized to perfection combined with fresh green cabbage and cooked egg noodles, topped with butter and parmesan cheese. 30 minutes 4 Ingredients Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1/4 C water 1 package Sweet Italian Sausage links 1 small head of cabbage 1 bag of wide egg noodles 3 T butter 1/2 C freshly grated Parmesan cheese Directions Coat bottom of fry pan with extra virgin olive oil. Slice sausage links into bite size pieces and brown over medium heat. Also clean/cut cabbage into bite size pieces. When sausage is cooked through remove from fry pan. Place cabbage and water in fry pan with sausage drippings and cook until wilted, breaking pieces apart with utensil and scrapping up bits from bottom of fry pan. When wilted return cooked sausage pieces to fry pan. Prepare egg noodles according to package directions and then drain and add the noodles to fry pan. Place butter on top of mixture, allowing it to melt, stirring to coat with butter. Plate mixture and sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese. ENJOY!
