For a quick, super easy and wholesome breakfast, try this scrambled egg recipe. 12-15 minutes 1 Ingredients Ingredients and Tools: small plastic bowl non-stick cooking spray 1/2 cup of egg whites equals two large eggs Handful of fresh spinach cut up pinch of salt and pepper to taste optional Directions 1. Lightly spray the plastic bowl on bottom and sides 2. Place spinach on bottom of bowl 3. Add the eggs 4. Season with salt and pepper or Mrs. Dash no-salt seasoning 5. Place bowl with all the ingredients in the large steamer chamber. 6. Affix the clear cover over the chamber. 7. Set the timer for 12 minutes. What you end up with is a delicious and healthy egg patty and a great way to start off your morning. Variations: 1. Place the patty between a warm whole wheat English muffin for an on-the-go-breakfast. 2. Drop into the egg mixture a thawed MorningStar veggie sausage patty add 1 more minute to the cooking time. 3. Mix into the egg mixture bell peppers, green onions and low fat cheese. 4. Top with salsa. I hope you enjoy.
