Three pounds of medium to large shrimp with skins to boil and eat. Outside cooker is best. Onions & Potatoes come to a boil/then shrimp 6-8 people Ingredients 3 pounds of shrmp in shell 2 pounds of onions- half done - peeled whole 3 pounds of potatoes -peeled whole 2 boxes of Zatarains craboil 1 teaspoon of liquid crab oil 2 teaspoons of ground red pepper 1 teaspoon of cayne pepper 2 garlic oinions 1 box 3 lemons sliced 1/3 box of salt Directions Large Pot 21 Quart 2 gallons of water Boil onions till half done and then add all the ingredients except the shrimp. Taste water and if not hot/spicey enough add more cayne pepper. Let all of this boil until onions/potatoes are done. Dump in shrimp and come to a boil, they will float to the top when they are done. two to three minutes normally Taste a couple and if hard to peel then they are over done. Let set for 10 minutes after turning heat off. Enjoy.
