A light and fresh, delightful change from the tradtional hamburger or fish sandwich 20 minutes 4-6 Ingredients 1/2 green pepper 1 stalk celery handful parsley 1 clove garlic 1 medium onion zest of 1 lemon juice of 1 lemon 1 teaspoon seafood seasoning 1 lb small/med shrimp, cleaned and deveined EVOO -1-3 tablespoons/non-stick cooking spray Directions Chop 1/2 lb shrimp set aside Take above ingredients, and remaining shrimp and place in food processor, pulse to paste consistency. Prepare Grill pan wiwth EVOO/spray on Medium high heat. Using an ice cream scoop, scoop mixture onto pan/skillet. Press with bottom of scoop to flatten alittle. Cook 2-3 minutes, lower heat to medium....flip 4-6 minutes on other side. Repeat next batch. Pour lemon juice over hot burger, Serve on bun/english muffin/Boston lettuce wrap.
