CILANTRO, 1 C.SEEDED JALAPENOS, 1 C. PURPLE ONIONS, 1 C. FRESH LIME JUICE, 1 1/2 TBS. SALT, 1 TBS. GARLIC POWDER, 1 LB. RAW PEELED SHRIMP. Directions 1. DICE TOMATOES, DRAIN JUICE AND PAT DRY. PLACE IN LARGE BOWL 2. CHOP CILANTRO,ADD TO TOMATOES, 3.SEED AND FINELY CHOP JALAPENOS, 4. FINELY CHOP ONIONS, 5.SQUEEZE LIMES, ADD TO THE OTHER INGREDIENTS. ADD SALT AND GARLIC POWDER TO TASTE.6. BOIL SHRIMP APPROXIMATELY 3-5 MIN, IMMEDIATELY PLACE IN ICE WATER. CHOP COARSELY. 7. ADD CHOPPED SHRIMP TO ALL ABOVE INGREDIENTS. SERVE WITH WHITE CORN TORTILLA CHIPS.
